We're hiring two types of people for summer 2026: sales reps who can talk to homeowners and close clean jobs, and crew members who take pride in doing the work the right way. If you're hungry, coachable, and willing to outwork the person next to you — you'll do extremely well here.
Summer Sales Representative
- Door-to-door and referral-based selling in premium neighborhoods
- Generate quotes and close window cleaning, screen, and add-on services
- Daily team training, scripts, and 1-on-1 coaching
- Performance bonuses, weekly leaderboards, and trip incentives
Exterior Cleaning Technician
- Clean exterior and interior windows, screens, tracks, and sills
- Work on a small, tight-knit crew with modern gear
- Before/after photo documentation and customer walkthroughs
- Learn pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and future service lines
You get paid for what you produce.
Pay = commission + bonuses + tips. The harder you work and the more you learn, the more you make. No cap.
What to expect.
Flexible Monday–Friday schedule. You'll head to assigned neighborhoods, knock doors, talk with homeowners, and help generate leads and sales.

Requirements
- 16+ years old (sales) or 18+ (crew technician)
- Reliable transportation to our Muskegon shop or job sites
- Strong work ethic — you'd rather earn it than be handed it
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Willingness to work outside in summer heat
- No experience required — we'll train you the right way
